I have fallen behind. If I cancel my subscription, will I lose all of the lessons I have paid for?

If you cancel your subscription, you will lose online access to your lessons once your subscription expires at the conclusion of its payment period.

If you wish to continue to be able to view the lessons you have accumulated even after you no longer have online access, then you should download your lessons before your subscription expires. (The WMV and MP4 versions of our lessons are both downloadable.) Once downloaded, the lessons will remain accessible to you indefinitely, even after you have cancelled your subscription and allowed it to expire.

That said, we strongly recommend that you ask us to suspend your subscription instead of cancelling it. A suspension will keep you from having to pay the monthly fee – and you will not accumulate any new lessons – for the duration of the suspension. As opposed to a cancellation, however, a suspension allows you to have online access to the lessons you have already accumulated, so that you can conveniently log in to your account to catch up and review the material.

Most importantly, by suspending a subscription as opposed to cancelling it, you will be “locked in” to the price you originally subscribed to – even if we have raised our prices since then. This could save you a lot of money once you are caught up and are ready to pick up in the course from where you left off.

We can suspend a subscription for up to six months. At the end of the suspension, your subscription will be reactivated. You will receive notice from PayPal when that happens, and you should receive emails from us as well as new lessons are added once again to your account.

If you would like us to suspend your subscription, just submit a ticket in the Help Desk and tell us how long you would like us to suspend you for – again, there is a six month limit – and we will take care of that promptly.
