Can I pause or suspend my subscription for a while, and then pick up from where I left off?

If you have subscribed via PayPal, then we can suspend your subscription for up to six months.

A suspension will keep you from having to pay the monthly fee – and you will not accumulate any new lessons – for the duration of the suspension. As opposed to a cancellation, however, a suspension allows you to have online access to the lessons you have already accumulated, so that you can conveniently log in to your account to catch up and review the material.

Most importantly, by suspending a subscription as opposed to cancelling it, you will be “locked in” to the price you originally subscribed to – even if we have raised our prices since then. This could save you a lot of money once you are caught up and are ready to pick up in the course from where you left off.

At the end of the suspension period, your subscription will be reactivated. You will receive notice from PayPal when that happens, and you should receive emails from us as well as new lessons are added once again to your account. You will not be charged again until after your subscription has been reactivated and you have reached the beginning of the next payment cycle.

If you would like us to suspend your subscription, just be in touch with us and tell us how long you would like us to suspend you for again, there is a six month limit and we will take care of that promptly.

If you need to pause your subscription and are using something other than PayPal to pay, please submit a ticket in the Help Desk, and we will get back in touch with you to discuss your options.
